Nissan is known for its quality. The building renovation and new drive through service building are no exception to the quality that is Nissan. Their new two-story drive–through service building is a Pre-Engineered Metal Building with horizontal metal panels to match Nissan’s design specifications. The first floor is for service vehicles to enter and exit. The second floor is for their finance staff. A 400 sq. ft. conference room is located on the second floor for sales meetings. Due to their site’s limitations, two stories was the way to go for their new building.  

In addition to the service building, Nissan decided it was time to renovate their existing facility. We transformed their once open air sales canopy into a dynamic front showroom. The front showroom is constructed with Nissan specific Alucobond metal panels and storefront glass around the entire perimeter. The interior of the renovation consists of six new sales offices and three vehicular spotlight locations.
