McKee new office building

McKee Construction’s new building is 6,000 sq. ft., serving as a multipurpose showroom and office. The building provides clients with a visual representation of all the options that are available in construction. Each office has different flooring, paint, wall textures, ceiling grid, ceiling tile, electrical and HVAC accessories. The wide range of materials used and various design elements provide our clients with an immersive showroom experience.

The exterior of the building is composed of seven different exterior materials, various heights and structural building components. The main building structure is a Pre-Engineered Metal Building, supplied by Kirby Building Systems. The warehouse portion of the building has block (CMU) 9’-4” above the finished floor elevation and the office portion of the building has metal stud framing. The different building structures allowed for the integration of more materials at a lower cost.
