Renzulli Barn

The Renzulli Barn is a 3,600 sq. ft. horse barn with a 1,800 sq. ft. living quarters on the second floor, located on a 5-acre site in Sanford, FL. This state-of-the-art project features tongue and groove cedar siding, ceilings and walls on the interior and exterior, eight custom horse stalls, stone veneer, standing seam metal roof panels and a covered look-out balcony. The living quarters on the second floor is an open floor plan with a master suite featuring a 12’ x 12’ walk-in closet and an extraordinary bathroom with an antique clawfoot tub.
