This new building we have been working on spans 161,420 square feet, including offices and warehouse space. McKee Construction Co. led the project, facilitating collaboration with architects, engineers, government agencies, and our primary building supplier. This supplier, Kirby Building Systems, provides a custom, cost-effective facility tailored to meet their needs, saving both time and money.
This new center will function as a distribution and fulfillment center wherein over forty million textile items will move through the space annually to their incredible and vast networks of distributors. After it reaches these distributors, they can then move to hotels, motels, resorts, theme parks, vacation homes, sports clubs, salons, spas, hospitals, and cruise lines.
