This new building we have been working on spans 161,420 square feet, including offices and warehouse space. McKee Construction Co. led the project, facilitating collaboration with architects, engineers, government agencies, and our primary building supplier. This supplier, Kirby Building Systems, provides a custom, cost-effective facility tailored to meet their needs, saving both time and money.

This new center will function as a distribution and fulfillment center wherein over forty million textile items will move through the space annually to their incredible and vast networks of distributors. After it reaches these distributors, they can then move to hotels, motels, resorts, theme parks, vacation homes, sports clubs, salons, spas, hospitals, and cruise lines.

Danus Utilities is a company that specializes in sanitary sewer lift station installation, rehabilitation, and services. They contracted McKee Construction Co. to construct them a building located in Sanford, FL with 1,500 square feet of office space and 3,000 square feet of additional warehouse space. The building is a pre-engineering metal building that was equipped to be more spacious than their previous space. The master plan of the property actually included room for up to four additional buildings on the property. The building will be a beautiful and innovative space for the company to house their staff and business and no one is more excited about its completion than McKee Construction Co.

The Danus Utilities project has, since its start, made much progress and McKee Construction Co. is excited to announce that construction is almost complete.
